I love that dog story and as already mentioned, humans can learn a lot from such experiences and behaviour. I know I have in the past. I had a few wonderful dog friends/pets over the years but have been without one now for about 8 years since my lab Dewey passed away. With my boys old enough now to help with pet care it's time to get another one. Dewey's name came from "do we want a pet or don't we" but he turned out so cool I called him Admiral Dewey.

    Glenn,
My sincere sympathies to you and Joanie and your family.

I am so sorry to hear of your's and Joanies loss, Glenn. My Mother in Law was as close to me as my own Mom, and her passing left a big divot in mine and my Bride's field, but then we learned to run on the uneven terrain.

Thanks for the inspirational vid, Em, sort-a reminded me of our "Champ" - he could see, but had the same sort of spirit.

Twistin' and bangin' on stuff for about sixty or so years; beat up and busted, but not entirely dead - yet.
