Just got a Canon EOS 60D, 18-200mm lens. It came with an 8GB memory card, but I'll pick up a 32GB card next time I'm at MicroCenter to ensure not running out of room. My hope is that the 18-200mm will be a good "walking around" lens, to eliminate swapping. I'm still trying to figure out all of the settings on it in order to use it effectively in the creative modes - will probably end up taking a class or two. I also have a Sony DSC-WX5 point & shoot which is 12.5 megapixel, 24mm wide angle, 5x optical zoom to replace the Nikon Coolpix I've been using for a long time. The Nikon took a bath in Costa Rica and started getting funky until I dried it out with a hair dryer.
