Set the new triigertrap up tonight (or I should say Jeff did). Pretty cool. control the camera from the iPad. There's a bunch more apps to download. You can control the shutter dozens of different ways. Cool time exposure & time lapes features. Now I just need the time to play.

Nice option not seen before who makes that ? A funny old memory, I can remember my old girl friends always remarking how my stereo had so many wires and looked junky. 40 some years later look at us now, the computers, game things, surround sound, loads of unnecessary car electronics, now the cameras we really have one hell of a mess on our hands.

Once thought that aircraft were a maze of wires, now everything is .... Really got to LYAO at this stuff, everything is a hairball. Keep it simple stupid is really becoming a tuff thing to do.

I am amazed we can even keep track of how to wire the darn things much less use all the functions. If you put some of this stuff aside, drag it out a few months later you must bone up on how the thing works. Which BTW is a great reason to save the manuals. I 'll says this flying saucers are really going to be a pain to have around. ...... Got to love it!! Well off to the LWS for some filler rod first tig lesson today...

    Cheers..

Look for the unit that loads on an iPhone or Android. https://triggertrap.com/
I broke the old trigger I use for time exposures & this was about the same cost, so I thought I'd try it. One of the many neat features....you can change the shutter time of a time lapes sequence. It also has a GPS function to take pictures every so many feet rather than by time. Changing the shutter speed is as simple as moving a slider on the screen. NOt sure how long it lasts but the TriggerTrap app downloaded for free yesterday.
