Nothing surprises me anymore Charlie!!!! Heck, it's "only" $4.2 Billion a year, hardly enough for the IRS to bother with when they're so busy trying to catch Joe Average, citizen tax payer, trying to cheat them out of $100.00!!!!!!

Irony.......................I just had to spend a few hundred to "prove" to them that I didn't owe $15000 additional on my 2010 return............a return that did in fact include the documentation they claimed was missing. However, with them, you're guilty until you prove you're innocent if you're in the wrong politcal classification (apparently......does being half Italian qualify me as Latino?).

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.
