1 head of cabbage - coarsely chopped (DO NOT SHRED)
1 pound of hamburger or ground meat - cooked and drained
1 cup of finely diced celery
1 diced med onion
2 cans of Rotel tomatoes and Green Chilies
2 cans of Jalapeno Blackeyed Peas
1 1/2 cup of water
4 slices of finely sliced uncooked bacon
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
