    Thank you for the kind words,Barb,and everyone here...This has rocked the country,again,the poor old South Island has had its share this year,with the earthquake,and now this disaster..
    Two prominent west coast hotrodders who work in the mines were not there..one was on holiday with his wife I believe,the other was elsewhere too..but we all feel for the poor people who have lost family and friends..And on the west coast of the South Island,that pretty much meanbs that EVERYONE in that long stretch of coastline,knows someone who has been/is working in the mines..This is the biggest disaster in 43 years in the mining industry on the west coast I think..
