    Hi again. I may have mis-spoke a bit yesterday on the temp sender.

    The location I was talking about (see red arrow) is the location used for one of the emissions control valves that goes into the water jacket and it is definitely suitable for your auto meter temp gauge.

    The problem is I believe your engine is a bit older than mine and may not have a hole in that location. If that is the case, the place you will find the factory temp sender is under the AC compressor, behind the water pump (yes you have to remove the compressor to access it).
