dave, try sid boedecker hy test ,these seem to last the longest for me, i get the ones that have the oblique steel toe, i have crushed both of my feet and both big toes, and have to have custom inserts made by the foot doctor, if you have BAD feet like mine it is worth spending the extra money, also my grandpa worked for the railroad and wore this brand and he swore by them. the pair i have now is two years old and still going.
