    Dave,

I bought Rocky boots last summer for a all around work boot. I call them my Sissy Boots because they have a Side Zipper as well as front strings; which really make them going on and coming off quick. They were just under a hundered bucks and I got them at Gander Mountain. They are insulated and waterproof. I wore them in the summer while junking out cars and wear them inside while finishing off my basement and my feet don't get too hot AND I wore them out hunting last fall and in the snow this year and my feet were never cold.

BUT the main reason I like them is that they are soooooooo comfortable and did not need breaking in.

The only drawback is that they are NOT steel toed.
