My daughter just started driving and is constantly texting, something that I have no idea on how to do. She and a friend were walking down our street a few nights back and she was texting and did not see a semi parked on the side of the road. She walked into the corner of the trailer because she was so busy texting. After laughing at her, I said that is why you do not text and drive and she said "Yup." As far as talking on the cell phone, that is illegal for her until she is 18 or something like that.
