Summit has treated me great as well, when the items got slightly dinged in transit. They respond quickly and readily accept your claim(s). UPS has always had a don't give a damn attitude about avoiding damage. I guess thay feel it's better to bounce the items to you, and just pay up if one has a claim. Wonder how much UPS eats in these situations, or if someone like Summit just takes the responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction.Last edited by roofcam; 08-07-2008 at 04:14 PM.
