You are absolutely correct and, as time progresses, the fans will get tired of the bland races. The cars are the same, the tires the same, the engines are moving towards the same...the only difference is the drivers and the paint schemes on the cars.... NASCAR is quickly becoming the same as the IROC format.

I can't buy a single component of the Chevy, Dodge, Ford. or toyota engine from my local dealer....Outside of a NASCAR cup car, I will probably never even see one of these motors.

Personally, I TIVO the race and watch it in fast forward until the last 10 laps. The race yesterday was even boring in fast forward
