I've always been leery of automatic pistols so I've totted 357 revolvers for home security and snakes but, after biting the proverbial bullet, I finally broke down and got this new "Toy" ! It's a Smith & Wesson 40cal Sigma and if it shoots as good as it handles then this should be a win win for the Wiffy and I.

Yes, Jakashh,, I have heard that also but since I don't plan on using it for target shooting, only home defense and while traveling, I decided to save myself a couple hundred bucks. Can you believe that I have NOT fired it yet?? - LMAO
One of the reasons for the trigger pull is that it doesn't have a safety so therefore you have to take up the trigger slack before engaging the trigger.
I'll post my thoughts better after I have shot it several times !
If my youngest son drops by here Sunday on his way back from Texas State Guard Training, then I'll have a even better synopsis !.

Yes, i remember that glock sued S&W for copying their gun with these guns, and that parts between the old version of this gun and the glock were interchangeable. So they changed many things into what it is now.
Believe it or not, i've had that mosin for almost a year and i've never shot it. Never had the time or interest.
Another question, I was told this engine takes 6 quarts of oil. Is that correct? It's a remanufactured 350 with stock pan.
