From what I understand, the 80 / 800's from the outside are nearly identical, and I think all the panels are the same. The 800s had more Driveline upgrades, like a Dana 44 rear end, and a V8 option at some point. That's one reason why I'm doing a full frame swap, this thing has Dana 27s which I understand are very wweak.The Scout II is definitely a completely different vehicle, they made a big jump going from the 800 the Scout II. I am keeping the titles for everything, but for Iowa it will be registered as a Scout
