Delrin is some great stuff for bushings! Richard (Techinspector) told me about it a few years back right here on CHR, I buy it in bulk, then borrow a friends lathe to make the bushings. They work great and wear is minimal. I use a steel sleeve for the center, coat everything with never-seize on most anything that will have performance use, friction is minimal.

Do you want to make some for a set of tubular upper and lower MII control arms?

Who said I'm faster than you?!?!?!

Besides, he's got 9 pages just to get to an intake! How many pages do you think we can get to before he gets to the front suspension!?!?!?

    Sorry Ryan, couldn't help myself!

Yeah, wtf is this clown waiting for??? Oh wait. LMAO!

I actually ripped the lower control arms and coils out last week. I cut the front coils down but then had bad feelings of tearing the dumb thing apart again in the spring when I order the drop springs. I placed the order yesterday for some Custom Works 2g front and rear springs. It comes with delrin upper rear shackle bushings, new u bolts, spring locator which gets rid of the rubber pad these have. Now I have to order delrin upper control arm bushings. I have ball joints already so I've got a good start on it. I got some new performance shocks from napa but I'm leaning on getting some better ones. At least those are easy enough to change later though.

Today all I got done to it was I installed the LH drip rail, fixed the driver's door outer handle, and ripped off some old weather stripping. I've been gathering my scrap up since no one else should need my trailer now. I want to haul the crap in before it freezes to the ground. Since our skid loader is broke I improvised a lifting device but it is redneck to say the least. LMAO! Maybe I'll be lucky enough to have 10 tons by the time I'm done taking it in so it will buy something cool. Like wheels or something.
