The car is coming along beautifully.
One thing that I would counsel you on is the running of the plug wires. When wires are run in parallel and close together like that, or close to a conductive surface like the back of the block, they can transfer energy one to the other wire(s) or ground out to the block/head and cause mis-fires or at the least, reduced spark at the plug. Loom separators should be made from non-conductive material (wood, plastic, fiberglas) and each wire should be at least one inch from any other wires if they are to run parallel (like railroad tracks). Where two wires must cross each other, cross them like this (+), thereby eliminating a parallel run.
