Don, your right, Clevelands are harder to come by, & if he has one it may be more valueable than a Windsor, & it use to be beneficial to put Cleveland heads on a Windsor for more power. The aftermarket for Windsors these days make the Windsor the better choice than a Cleveland, $ for $ the Windsor makes more power than a Cleveland....unless you happento already have a cahce of good Cleveland hardware...or get a real bargain
