Should he not be told that Clevelands are generally harder to find and more highly regarded than Windsors due to the better breathing heads on the Clevelands. This is the case to such an extent that some people go to a bit of trouble to build "Clevor" engines by putting Cleveland heads on the more common Windsor block, although a special intake manifold is required and there are some other small differences. If he has a Cleveland 351 he would like to know that he probably has a more desireable engine than if he had a Windsor. Maybe if I had been able to find a 351 Cleveland I might not have embarked on a buildup of a SBC, but they are scarce.
