Its really no contest ,with factory forged pistons and a roller cam ,the new 86 to 94 302 is a hands down winner.
200000 miles is nothing for the new 302,mine still roasts the tires and passes the strictest emmisions in the country at 189000......its a 1986 .
Its gunna take longer than u thought and its gunna cost more too(plan ahead!)
