    Can't say for sure from your pic, but it looks too narrow to be a 351. They are a couple of inches wider than the other Windsors. Looks like a factory 4V intake on there, so it might have some more of the "goodies"!
    The E3 manifold was first cast in 1983, so it could be an '83 engine.
