    Hi Jim, not to side track this thread, But I've been busy on OHM#3, 31 roadster. Good to hear from you. Back to business. Valves are seated by the shop. when they go on the head need to be ready to run. I still think you might be having an intake gasket problem.there could be an oil drain back problem, with the oil puddling in the head and on the intake stroke sucking oil thru the valve stem. ck your drain back holes in the ft and rear of the heads with the v/c off.
