The Edelbrock carbs when purchased new come with a fairly comprehensive handbook on how to dial them in. Edelbrock also has a tuning kit available for them with various needles and springs. May want to give it a try.
If the distributor is all stock still, may have some issues with the advance mechanisms......Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
