I havent changed the jets yet becuase once i drive it everyday I will be going from 4000 ft altitude down to around 1000 so im not sure the best way to jet it. Im timing is at 12 right now. Its idling at 650rpms right now cold. It seems a little rich, but most the time im starting it in an open garage. There is a little bit of a haze in the air at the beggining when i first start it up even being outside.
How would i tell if my tank is vented right?

Drive it with the gas cap off.
