i was looking at some 5:13's or 5:38's i have a 4,500 stall just needs to be flushed, i am looking back at the 4 speeds <yea yea> i think ive figured out a way to make it work DAVE: any leads on good trannies. the guys out here just use t-10's with liberty gears

Might be willing to part with one of my T-10's, but you'd like a 5 speed a whole lot better..... I've seen a couple of the old Doug Nash comp 5 speeds (no, mine are not for sale) go fairly reasonable on eBay from time to time, got a good case and some Liberty gears for $350 a month or so ago.... Just keep saving your money and get a good one!!!! Then save up some more money and get the Long (brand name) Vertical Gate shifter with the moly rods and moly heims......

PS---Been considering making 4th 1 to 1, spreading out 2nd and 3rd, then an OD gear for fifth and a putting my 6.00 rear gears in for some Saturday night action......

PSS---What do you have the car weight down to now???? (Do we need to talk about driver weight????? )
