Aluminum, just get the right head gasket, for cast/ aluminum diffrences, and don't use sealer at all.

wish there was a aluminum head for the 200/250 Ford I6 that I could afford, but there's not, will be $1,500 and it's in testing stages right now, not ready for production yet.
