Yes injection without a blower is very possible.
For a street application tho..... Mechanical injection is very impractical.
Alcohol as a fuel on the street is also very impractical. Where would you fill up? Also mileage with an alcohol set up would be ....... let's say not good.
An electronic fuel injection set-up on pump gas would be your best bet for a street motor. That is doable, very reliable, responsive, easy starting."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.
