I'm not sure where to post this, so bear with me.

I have a 700 R 4 tranny and the problem is that the 1-2 shift happens too soon, the 1-2 shift occurs at 1400 rpm under light to medium throttle and the 2-3 shift at 2800. I re-calibrated the governor so that at full throttle it shift after 7000 rpm and the 2-3 shift occurs at 4000 rpm and the 3-4 shift does the same, however the 1-2 shift still happens at 1400 rpm. Any ideas on the problem.
