    go for it dave that is a cool ride , ive been looking at a turnkey econo alterd with a 327 in it for the last couple of weeks on line , only thing its 1600 miles away. may have to make a long beer run.

    Ive been told we only live once and then its over,might as well have fun while were here

    Yes you need it, it looks like a blast. The up side is no matter what it runs. It will feel like it went twice as fast as it really did. It would be a great ride !

    I know, Mooneye!!!! I have always wanted to own a front engine digger....but the old Super Stock guy in me still wants to be bangin' gears in a straight axle gasser!!!!

    Why back when I was Draft A1, you needed to be married with at least 2 kids to stay out---I had Judith Ann Ford and Marshal Fields 20ish year old widow in mind when Kennedy got shot on Nov 22 putting Jackie on my list with Caroline and Jr--That was a thursday, I was drafted on the following Monday-------

    Dave,I gotta say that I run with the pack..BUY IT..A good opportunity to pack it in a box and come down to our annual Nostalgia drags...this year held on April 11,after the club champs on the 10th.. Ross[Kiwidreamer]is a member of Bay Rodders,the club that organises/runs the weekend..SO..pix will be on Kiwidreamer...... ay boy...Who,me? stirrer??

    I guess you know you're old when a Powerglide could only be found in Grandma's car!!!!!!

    And when gas was 30.9/34.9 - notice the price as the 63 Chevy passes the Standard station near the start of the video....

    If you get it,What about a short tire big gear and no tranny? Clutch only, should be light enough so you wouldn't have to have a killer motor just a big stroke!!
