Dave, my Ex-GF said to me one time, "Honey, how many cars do you NEED?" I told her it wasn't a matter of how many I needed, it was how many I WANTED.
Yes, you should get that car. It would be a blast to drive and every time you fire that baby up and stage you will feel like Garlits for about 9 or 10 seconds.
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, DO IT.
Even a mild little Ford in there will put you in times you would have to spend big bucks on to achieve with a heavier, different style drag car. Plus it looks like it is really put together well.
You really didn't think a bunch of gearheads like us would tell you to pass on this deal, did you, and you KNOW Ken is a bad influence!

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
