Damn! If I had to go through all of that, I would probably choose not to be a rodder. I just don't have that kind of patience. On the other hand, if I really wanted a rod, I would buy one that has already been registered and save the aggravation.

I'm not out of the woods yet as my sticker and owners card have not arrived. There is a chance that it'll get rejected and sent back.. Then I'm screwed!!
