I have about $27,000 in mine, and thats with me doing everything except sewing the top and upholstery, and hand pinstriping. However, if you are not capable of the many hundreds of hours of welding, bodywork, chassis design, etc., then the $52,000 is about right. If I was to sell mine, and charge a nominal $25 per hour, it would cost about the same when I figured in my material cost and labour.
