Back of the block, right above the bell housing. a wire brush, degreaser and a scraper will prove useful to find and read them. If not visible due to tight spaces ( if in vehicle ), get a peice of clay or even playdough might work, press it on the numbers, take a mirror and read the imprint. With a truck, tight spaces shoulden't be a problem.
