Tip, if ya can't get it right, ask a mechanic buddy for some help/guidance, little mistakes in a valve train can cost a lot of money. Changing form a 1.5 to a 1.6 you could run into valves hitting the pistons on some motors. pull the plugs and turn it over by hand before you ever start it. make sure you oil them well before starting the motor.
