When a rocker ratio is changed from 1.5 to 1.6, the distance from the pushrod cup on the rocker to the fulcrum centerline gets shortened. This will move the pushrod closer to the rocker stud, so make sure you have adequate clearance where the pushrod comes up through the head. If the pushrod is rubbing, you can make additional clearance with a rotary burr in a hand-held die grinder or simply work on it with a rat-tail file. You don't much want to do this with the motor assembled though because little shards of cast iron don't work well with the innards of a motor.
