well i do have a high volume pump.. so i guess i wont be going the 2qt filter route,

i have room to make a pan that will hold around 4.25qts, i just wanted to see if i could make it smaller, the smaller the better when stuffing a v8 into a 4cyl car.

i may still use a 2qt filter to total over 6qts in the end, so i have plenty of oil.
