    Actually, you can do that if you can find a Crossfire distributor cap. They are wired internally so that all wires coming out left side of cap go to left cylinder bank, all wires coming from right side of cap bo to right hand cylinder bank. On a normal cap, the wires have to follow the firing order of the engine, and you can not change that.
