I too have a 267 (4.4L)in my 81 Camaro. Runs ok, a previous owner added dual exhaust and a 4 barrel. I cant decide whether to build this engine as a decent fuel economy/ok performance car or rebuild the 283 in my garage. I may save the 283 and see if I can find a Chevy deuce. You should easily get 200hp, but maybe he was thinking 200 net which in that case wouldnt be too bad. Anyway look up a guy named Monte 262 he has built up the small 262/267 chevys.
