I'm not trying to be a smart a--, you probably should at least get a Hayne's or a Chiltons.
Go to the autozone website, you can look through online manuals there. Look in the how-to part, then navigate to engine and engine overhauling. That should help get you started.It ain't broke if you can fix it.
