    Works great, I use stainless hose clamps turned so you don't see the tightening screw instead of the high dollar stainless zip ties.

    Thanks for this info. Stainless wrapping and clamping is completely foreign to me so I had to go look it up and learn a bit about it so I started with your tool an clamps and ended up finding this short video which is very descriptive and may be helpful to others here so...

    I use a metal stainless heat shield over mine. Minimum clearance, 1/4", does the job.
