i try to use king bearings ACL make good bearings clevite 77 p bearings are ok . on the cam bearings i like dura bonds .all them bearings work good for a mild engine .for hi hp past 600 hp i use diffrent bearings first off they are H bearings and like the kings or speed pro 3/4 mains and other as well. there is very few bearings that i will not use on stock to mild builds .checking for oil running clearance and finsh on the crank and housing bore check out on the small side spec. some companys have dif ways of making bearings and holding size so i like the kings as they seam to hold spec better then some like clevite bearing and feds now on the box is speed pro . i have seen 0003 taper and 0004 bearing size in one set of mains in feds after getting the housing bores better then 0002 i realy get piss off on bearings that are out 0003 and have taper to but i like the 3/4 oil mains for bbc so i keep sets on hand and hand fit them .i hope speed pro has work on manufacturing. but the kings have not let me down for stock use as well as the H race bearings so far . and every thing needs to be clean clean clean
