That'll take out all the fun! LOL.. Okay, Okay.... back to our regularly scheduled programming!
Sorry for the diversions, M.T.!!:3dSMILE: In an effort to do my part to help get back on track with the subject of your thread, here's what I've been doing to the interior of my '66 Ford F100 lately.
Starting in 1965, Ford offered a factory option they called the "Ranger package" before they actually created the "Ranger". This package consisted of bucket seats and an optional console. The seats were '66 Mustang buckets on special brackets and the console was '64 Falcon style.
My truck came with a factory bench seat that had been recovered in white tucknroll with dark green piping. They were coordinating with the Holly green dash & Wimbledon white cab. It had grown weary so I decided to convert to the Mustang buckets.
I bought the Mustang seat frames and recovered them with a TMI Sport II upholstery kit in the factory "Parchment" color. The Sport II updates the old seats with larger bolsters and a more sporty look & feel.
It's still a work in progress but here's where I am so far:

I opted for the '63 Falcon console instead of the '64

I sprayed the door panels & door pockets with vinyl upholstery paint in "parchment"

Since I've relocated the fuel tank out of the cab, I'm working on a "cover" for the back of the cab. Also have new Holly Green carpet which has not yet been installed. Many other details to attend to as well but since it's my daily driver, everything happens in usable stages....:whacked:
Very nice Randy... That center console and seats look like they should of always been there! Thanks for posting this up...
That's Cool Randy! Are the seats comfortable? Maybe it's the picture but the angle appears "wrong"... like the front is to high up??
All home grown, framimg / foam an all
Sorry, Mike, I don't know how I missed your response....but, yes they are comfortable and very supportive. With the increased bolsters, etc. it does make the front higher than the original style seats for sure. But actually it kinda serves as extra thigh support.
Here's a pic of the stock Mustang seats in a original '66 with the Ranger package:

Interesting.....I've never sat in a 3rd row van seat that I would call comfortable.:HMMM: In fact, on the rare occasion that I ride in a van, I avoid the back rows like the plague!! However, I can't imagine the stock '48 seat is very comfortable either unless reworked by somebody like our O.P. on this thread.....:D:D:D
Here's mine. Basic, dusty, original, and a bit springy under the driver's side towel..

Randy, nice work on the new seats and console. I really like the looks of that console!
Bat, the T's interior looks great!
Since we're back on track.. here's a tease of what the wood graining looks like on the dash..
