In the overdrive computer controlled auto trans world-------you'd be much better off with one that was fixed(repaired) than with many that are REBUILT in various ways----------Your going to have a CORE charge, parts kit ( and of questional quality) and several hundred $$$$$ labor--------

One better ( as in good, better, best) choice would be find a salvage yard take out of a 2 wheel drive suv/pickup that had the engine that your using---also get the driveshaft, control box and any wiring to it----------
