Lag is the same whether things are warmed up or not, it's behind a stock 351W. I know the AOD is a good tranny, drove the car it was in so maybe I'll have to go that way......Have I mentioned how much I dislike automatic transmissions????

Thanks for the help, guys, got to do some other stuff the rest of the week but I'll get back on the old pickup and see if I can make the dang thing work!!!!!
