There's an NV3500 and an NV4500. If the V6 Dak trans is different, you probably have a 4500.
The 3500 shift tower comes off with 4 bolts, the 4500 tower is integral with the trans top.Last edited by R Pope; 06-23-2009 at 06:13 AM.

I have the 3500 (I have removed my shift tower before). He wasnt 100% sure so I am guessing he is wrong about where it came from.

Aluminum cases don't weigh anything. I have a Ford M5 that isn't much more than 100 pounds either.
