I need a 5-sp manual for my 96 Ram 1500 with 318cid V8... I am fairly certain I have an NV3500. Went to look at a 5-sp from a 96-97 Dakota V6 and it did not look the same. Was there an even lighter duty manual than the NV3500 or was this false advertizing? OR, did the casing on the transission change from 96 to 97?
