Don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I used the original hydraulic slave cylinder attached to the side of the bellhousing in the 62 Chevy pick up I had the 400 sbc in. I had a 3100 lb pressure plate built for it and it worked fairly well though it was a tad slow off the line.
