Those holes are threaded directly into the case... Should be a good place to fab up an E-brake bracket... I'd suggest some standoffs and longer bolts so as to retain the stock cover...
I guess the stock ones are ok....I usually change over to a new set of Grade 8 bolts whenever I have the clutch off.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
