Ive had a couple problems with B&M also, with 2 shifters. They were supposed to make good and send return authorizations. Been many months now and still no word. I will not call them back and waste my breath or time anymore. Its just easier to go on and not use their JUNK from now on. They are not the only shifter,tranny guys these days, lots of choices out there. I agree that over seas you are easy target with no chance of getting any help.
