While at the Turkey Rod Run, Dan bought a Gennie, and I bought a Lokar. He has a custom shift knob he wanted to use, so he didn't want the hassle of that new adapter. I only bought the Lokar because some vendor was selling them for $ 160.00. and also the curvature fit my layout better. I actually wanted a Gennie for the knob feature too, but the price and fit swayed my decision.

As for quality, I think both are pretty equal, and a darned sight better than that one I built.
