Thumbs up Gennie Shifter Safety Lock-Out switch

Don, "The Gennie Shifter comes with a double pole (normally open) safety switch which is connected into the wire (series) from the Ignition switch to the Positive side of the starter solenoid".

291rod, Thanks, your picture is great. I found the shifter switch on my circuit diagram from "It's-A-Snap. When all else fails, read the directions!

Anyone know if Genie makes a cable linked shifter? I'm having a hard time finding a cable connected floor shifter for a c6. Lokar makes them, but not for the c6. I called their tech line, and they are in the process of making one but no time set for production yet. I'm going for the manual shift, floor mounted classic look, and love those Gennie shifter knobs! My problem is I think the tranny sits too far back for anything but a cable.
